Greatest Christmas Playlist To Boost Festive Spirits

Happy happy Wednesday everyone! It’s the 9th day of December, and today I wanted to share my Christmas Playlist with you all – first mentioned back in November in my Christmas With Ktkinnes Schedule! This post contains affiliate links. Find out more by reading my disclaimer.

Music is one of the things that just makes your Christmas spirit. Whether it’s the old classics, or the new pop covers, the songs seem to start earlier and earlier each year. Personally? I started back in July when I first started working on my blogmas content, but then again I’m just obsessed with Christmas.

I constantly have music on. Whether I’m in the office where we have the radio on, writing, cooking, tidying, driving, or anything else you can think of, I will always find a way to have music playing. It relaxes me, and I am so much more productive with music than I am with TV shows or films on in the background.

As a child, we always had the same Christmas CD playing every year. It appeared on the day the tree and other decorations were being put up, and then was moved to the car where we would play it for every single journey – even if it was only 2 minutes down the road to the local shop! Then it would make it back into the house on time for Christmas Day so we could listen to the songs while we got ready and played with our new toys. That CD was engraved in my heart so that even now listening to my Christmas playlist, it still seems strange if the songs come up in a different order to that of the CD!

As you’re probably well aware by now, Christmas is my favourite time of the year, and so my Christmas playlist comes out at any time of year that I need cheering up. I even now have Alexa [AFF] waking me up with my Christmas Playlist as my smart plug turns on the Christmas tree lights to make my mornings more festive and manageable!

So today’s playlist is my Christmas one, the playlist that is keeping me feeling festive as the usual end of year stress builds up. I like to think I’ve a well-rounded taste in music as I am open to all genres, but nothing beats the classics when it comes to Christmas! As such, in this playlist you’ll have a little Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, John Lennon, Mariah Carey, Wham!, Wizard and more!

Hopefully you like my Christmas playlist and maybe you’ll find some new songs to add to your own. Either that, or give mine a follow and enjoy listening alongside me!

Have I missed one of your favourite Christmas songs from my playlist? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Oooh. I will give this one a listen while I work today. I love Christmas music. I have a lot of the same songs on my Christmas Favourites playlist that I’m sharing in an upcoming Blogmas post.

  2. These are all great picks! I love a good holiday playlist — I’ve found that it’s been helpful to get me in the holiday spirit and cheers me up during days I’m feeling down!
