And hello March! Is it just me or did February seem to pass really slowly compared to other months? It feels a lot longer ago than 4 weeks that I was off uni feeling sick.

Hello once more! I write to you now from the desk in the corner of my bedroom as I wait for my antivirus software to install on my laptop. Always remember something to put off going to bed.
Once again, I find myself writing packing lists and trying to cram a week’s worth of clothing into a carry-on bag measuring 56cmx45cmx20cm. The real worry is always the liquid allowance – the time when every woman has to choose between her makeup and her shampoo.
I was recently on the app Yik Yak -for those of you who are unaware of it think of an anonymous Twitter – where a lot of students in the area were asking advice on budgeting. Now as I’m sure you are all aware, budgeting isn’t my strongest point but I can do well when I try hard enough.
For anyone who read my blog post yesterday, you’ll know that I spent the beginning of the week unwell. So on Monday night, Nuala, Jason and I sat down to watch Bridge To Terabithia, a heartwarming children’s film released in 2007.
So another month has been and gone and while it wasn’t the busiest, January certainly did offer up some new starts. Rachel has adopted a kitten – Maisie. She was a stray wandering around the garden so Rachel took her to the vet to look for a microchip only to find none. So Maisie has become a part of the family, I’ll let you know more about her after I meet her next week! But for now, let’s take a look at February 2016.
